Roshan Ranawana conceived on 23 March 1981, is a Sri Lankan film entertainer and a model. Ranawana was granted the most mainstream entertainers grant at the Derana film grants in 2013. 

Having won the Presidential Award for Best Upcoming Actor for his presentation in his introduction film Hiripoda Wassa in 2006. Prior to taking to acting, Ranawana partook in and won the Mr. Sri Lanka title, following which he spoke to Sri Lanka in the 2002 Manhunt International, where he positioned seventh. In 2003, he stood the second sprinter up in the Best Model of the World Expo that was held in Turkey. Not long after his presentation, he turned into a commonly recognized name and increased gigantic notoriety among the majority. Essentially assuming lead jobs, the Sinhalese model-turned-entertainer highlighted in films like Tharaka Mal, Asai Mang Piyabanna, Rosa Kale, Feel My Love, Dancing Star, and Suwanda Danuna Jeewithe. His work in the 2013 epic historical dramatization Sri Siddhartha Gautama won him the Derana Film Award for Most Popular Actor. In 2016, the entertainer had films like Sinhala satire Ulath Ekai Pilath Ekai and the Tanasha Satharasinghe-starrer film The Rainbow shockingly.
