Regina Cassandra is a famous actress in Tamil and Telugu movies. She won SIIMA Award for Best Female Debut. Ahe also worked with short movies. 

Regina was born on 13 December 1988, in Chennai.

Regina was next seen within the Kannada film Suryakaanti by director K. M. Chaitanya of Aa Dinagalu fame. The film featured her alongside actor Chetan, and as she couldn't speak Kannada, she was told to act out scenes in English and add Kannada thereto. it had been announced that she would feature in the Tamil film Maalai Pozhudhin Mayakathilaey alongside Adith Arun, but the film was eventually delayed then restarted with a fresh cast.

In 2012, she worked in Shiva Manasulo Shruti by Tatineni Sathya, which was a remake Tamil film Siva Manasula Sakthiof of 2009. She was next seen within the Telugu romantic-comedy, Routine romance, alongside Sundeep Kishan, which she signed even before her first release in Telugu.
